Our Story

My wife and I are pet lovers and have always had dogs in our lives. Our
Ezee-Visit Pet Vet Mat was inspired by our beautiful yellow lab Utley.

Utley was diagnosed with cancer at a fairly early age. His diagnosis and successive treatments meant trips to the vet on a regular basis. During one of our visits to the vet, I noticed how difficult is was for Utley to keep his footing on the tile floors and stainless steel exam tables. It was stressful for Utley and a real challenge for the vet and myself to keep him calm and relaxed during his exams. I knew there had to be a solution.

I was looking for a new direction for my career and had always been itching to invent something, so I made this my focus. I wanted to design a product that make life easier for pets - and their owners - during an uneasy time. I wanted to keep the product cost effective and simple to implement. The Ezee-Visit Pet Vet Mats were developed from these requirements.

Utley passed away November 6th, 2010 at the way too early age of 8, but his memory lives on in our product. Our logo and the pattern on the mats were actually created from an inked impression of his paw before he passed away.

It is my sincere hope that the Ezee-Visit Pet Vet Mat will provide comfort and security for your pet.
